These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TRI-ASSIST website, services, coaching programs, digital content, and related platforms operated by TRI-ASSIST.
By accessing this website, purchasing services, joining coaching programs, or otherwise interacting with TRI-ASSIST, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

TRI-ASSIST provides online educational and coaching services related to wellness, movement, nutrition, lifestyle habits, accountability, and mindset support.
Services may include:
1:1 online coaching
group coaching programs
live coaching sessions
educational materials and PDFs
downloadable resources
Notion workspaces and templates
WhatsApp communication and community spaces
email newsletters and waitlists
digital content and educational resources
All services are provided remotely and digitally.
TRI-ASSIST does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or licensed healthcare services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or purchase coaching services.
By using TRI-ASSIST services, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old,
the information you provide is accurate,
and you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
4. Coaching Services & Participation
Participation in coaching programs is voluntary.
Clients remain responsible for:
their own decisions,
physical activity participation,
nutrition choices,
implementation of coaching guidance,
and seeking appropriate medical or professional care when necessary.
TRI-ASSIST coaching is educational and supportive in nature and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis with an initial minimum commitment period of three (3) months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client chooses to cancel coaching before completing the initial 3-month commitment period, the client remains responsible for paying 50% of the remaining unpaid commitment period.
Following the initial commitment period, coaching may continue on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
TRI-ASSIST reserves the right to modify pricing for future coaching periods. Clients will be notified of pricing changes before renewal periods begin.
Continued participation after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Group Coaching Programs
Group coaching programs are sold as fixed-duration cohort experiences.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment has been received.
All group coaching purchases are final and non-refundable.
Failure to attend sessions, partial participation, withdrawal, or unused access does not qualify for refunds.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of TRI-ASSIST services, refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By purchasing coaching services or digital products, you acknowledge that services may begin immediately after purchase or onboarding.
7. Scheduling & Communication
Coaching sessions are conducted online through platforms such as Google Meet and related communication tools.
Clients are responsible for:
attending scheduled sessions,
maintaining internet access,
and providing accurate contact information.
Rescheduling requests for 1:1 coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed without adequate notice may be forfeited at TRI-ASSIST’s discretion.
TRI-ASSIST aims to respond to coaching communication within stated business availability periods but does not guarantee immediate responses.
8. Group Coaching & Community Conduct
Group coaching programs may include shared community spaces such as:
WhatsApp groups,
live group sessions,
shared workspaces,
and community discussions.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abusive conduct, hate speech, repeated disruption, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from community spaces or coaching programs without refund.
TRI-ASSIST reserves the right to moderate or remove participants to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
9. Recordings & Resource Access
Group coaching sessions may be recorded for educational and replay purposes.
Recordings and resources may be shared privately with active participants during the duration of the coaching program.
Participants are encouraged to download any materials they wish to retain before access is archived or removed.
TRI-ASSIST reserves the right to modify, archive, discontinue, or remove access to coaching materials, recordings, workspaces, and resources at any time following program completion.
10. Intellectual Property
All TRI-ASSIST content and materials, including but not limited to:
branding,
coaching frameworks,
PDFs,
templates,
videos,
recordings,
graphics,
educational materials,
website content,
and downloadable resources
remain the intellectual property of TRI-ASSIST unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
reproduce,
resell,
redistribute,
publicly share,
modify,
or commercially exploit TRI-ASSIST materials without prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Platforms
TRI-ASSIST uses third-party platforms and tools including, but not limited to:
Stripe,
Google Workspace,
Google Meet,
Google Drive,
Google Forms,
WhatsApp,
Notion,
Substack,
Hostinger,
Canva,
Instagram,
Pinterest,
and Ko-Fi.
Your use of these platforms may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
TRI-ASSIST is not responsible for interruptions, outages, platform errors, or third-party technical issues outside reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
TRI-ASSIST makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or personal achievements.
Participation in coaching services is at your own discretion and risk.
TRI-ASSIST shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, coaching services, digital products, or related platforms.
Clients remain responsible for their own health, decisions, actions, and implementation of coaching guidance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Privacy
Your use of TRI-ASSIST services is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By using the website or services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with those policies.
14. Changes to Services & Terms
TRI-ASSIST reserves the right to:
modify services,
update pricing,
adjust coaching structures,
discontinue offerings,
or revise these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of TRI-ASSIST services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or TRI-ASSIST services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Poland.
