1. SERVICES PROVIDED

TRI-ASSIST provides coaching services that may include structured programs (e.g., 12-week coaching), ongoing monthly coaching, and personalized guidance delivered via video calls, messaging platforms, and digital resources.

Articles, videos, and downloadable resources (e.g., Notion templates, recipe eBooks)
Community engagement (e.g., Discord, Patreon, YouTube)
Group and 1:1 coaching services
Email content, workshops, and virtual events

All services are provided remotely and digitally. No physical goods are sold.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any services. If under 18, you may only use the site with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Ko-Fi, Patreon).
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the program has started. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing digital services or coaching, you expressly agree to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

5. USER CONDUCT

Harassment, hate speech, abusive or discriminatory content

Attempting to access or disrupt TRI-ASSIST systems or user accounts
Posting false, misleading, or harmful information
Violating the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., Discord, Patreon)

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on this site (text, branding, logos, downloads, media) is the intellectual property of TRI-ASSIST and is protected by copyright and related laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any materials without prior written permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

We use third-party services, including payment processors, communication tools, and content platforms (e.g., Stripe, Google Workspace, Calendly, Substack).

Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policies.
Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their own rules — not ours.
TRI-ASSIST is not responsible for any disruptions, data use, or losses resulting from your use of those services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TRI-ASSIST shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, coaching services, or products.
No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or performance. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and external factors. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your participation and implementation of the coaching process.
Use of the website and services is at your own risk.
Scheduled coaching sessions must be attended as agreed. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the site or its content, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
