MY MISSION
My job as a coach is to help fellow sensitive folks break cycles of shame and inconsistency. By taking a holistic approach through my T.R.I. Method, we build sustainable health systems and improve body awareness. Many people are already burned out from work, raising kids, and everything else in modern life. Lifestyle habits should bring us peace, not add even more stress and chaos.
MY VISION
Sensitive people often feel like misfits in fitness environments. Together we’re building a space where folks can feel supported and learn to improve their health through self-trust, not self-control. As our community’s awareness grows, I believe the future of the health industry can be much safer for everyone.

❀MY COACHING FOCUS✿
NUTRITION
Instead of strict plans, we build a personalized system that feels safe and is aligned with your goals. A good meal plan is not only easy to follow and delicious, but also gives you flexibility on harder days.
MOVEMENT
Training should be a form of relief, not pressure. Building routines based on your goals, preferences, and environment, I make sure they're flexible, so you can stay consistent without burnout or guilt.
LIFESTYLE
I’m all about simplifying your daily life. Instead of adding more restrictions, we focus on creating systems respecting your energy, responsibilities, and preferences.
REGULATION
Consistency starts with a regulated nervous system. I help you reduce overwhelm and develop simple tools that make taking care of yourself feel safer and more natural.

GET TO KNOW ME
I’m Sasha, a neurodivergent personal trainer and artist. Growing up in the theater as the “fat girl” in my class, I struggled with body image, self-judgment, and constant comparison. Each time I tried to follow a “perfect” plan built on discipline and willpower, I burned out within days. Looking back, I see how different things could have been if someone had taught me what I know now. That’s why I developed my own coaching method to help sensitive people step away from the toxicity of fitness culture and build a
relationship with health rooted in self-love.
