✿ Can I cancel the program?
You can cancel before the program starts. Once we begin, the 12-week program is a commitment, because real change takes consistency and time. That said, if something unexpected happens, we can always talk and find a fair solution together.
✿ What are your credentials as a coach?
I’m a certified personal trainer with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, behavior change, and a sustainable approach. I’ve built this method through both education and lived experience as a sensitive person, which allows me to support clients in ways most traditional fitness coaches don’t.
❀ What do I need to get started?
Very little:
stable internet connection
device for video calls
a notebook (recommended for reflections)
Everything else is adapted to what you already have and what feels accessible to you.
✿ What about timezone differences?
I work with clients internationally, so we’ll find a time that works for both of us. My schedule is flexible, and we’ll agree on a suitable time for your weekly sessions.
❀ What kind of workouts and nutrition plans do you provide?
Everything is personalized.

❀ Will this work for me if I’ve failed other programs before?
Yes, that’s exactly who this is for. Most clients come to me after trying multiple approaches that didn’t stick. We focus on why those didn’t work and build something that actually matches your needs.
✿ Do I need motivation or discipline to succeed?
This program is designed for people who struggle with consistency. We don’t rely on motivation; we build systems that work even when you don’t feel like it.
✿ What makes this different from other fitness or health programs?
Most programs focus on discipline, structure, and pushing through.

❀ Is this focused on weight loss or appearance?
No. This program focuses on sustainable health, energy, self-trust, and a relationship with your body. Weight changes surely can happen, but they are not the main focus.
❀ What if I have very low energy or I’m in burnout?
That’s completely okay. We don’t push through burnout, but we work with it. You’ll learn how to adjust your routines to still make progress on low-capacity days and support your energy.
❀ What happens if I fall off track during the program?
That’s part of the process. Rather than starting over, we'll work to understand what happened, adjust your system, and help you get back on track without shame.
✿ How much time do I need per week?
This depends on your capacity. Usually, I aim for small, manageable actions and flexible routines. Sometimes even 10–20 minutes of movement can be enough. The goal is consistency, not perfection.
❀ Can I continue working with you after the 12 weeks?
Absolutely! You can continue with ongoing coaching for support, accountability, and further refinement of your routines.
✿ What if I don’t know what my body needs yet?
That’s completely normal. A big part of the program is helping you reconnect with your body and understand your signals. The goal is to build awareness over time. You don’t need to have it figured out before starting.
